For Nudge, I took 10 hours to create the branding and colors. After deciding on branding, I conducted user research on the target audience, which in this case were SMEs or small teams. I conducted interviews, empathy mapping, and user testing to create the first version of Nudge. UI design took around 60 hours for each iteration.

We were given 4 months to develop the application so a hybrid development framework was applied. For brevity, the iterations are represented as "Testing" and "Revisions" in the timeline below, which would take around 20 to 30 hours for each iteration.
